This is very similar to the Easter Basket Weave. The difference is I used I 1/4" ribbon. The other difference is that I tried to do the famous sock bun, I don't know if Claire's hair was too short, too thin or too what? but it didn't stay in her hair very long. According to what I saw, the sock bun should be fairly easy. Cut the toe off a sock, put the sock around the tips of a pony tail, high or low, and roll the hair and the sock down. Simple concept.
